Each blower needs its own standard household outlet on a GFCI-protected circuit within 50 feet of the setup spot. Most of our units run on a single 1.5 HP blower.
Yes, a heavy-duty 12-gauge cord up to 50 feet. Longer or lighter cords cause voltage drop that can damage the blower motor, so we stick to that limit.
Setups with multiple blowers can trip a home breaker. We have a professional inverter generator for exactly that situation. Ask when you book, and note that the water slide always includes the generator because it runs three blowers.
We anchor with stakes on grass, so mark your irrigation lines and anything private before setup. For utility lines, Virginia 811 is a free service that marks them; call at least three business days before your event if you are unsure what is buried where.
A standard outdoor spigot within 50 feet of the setup area. We connect the misting system for you; you supply the hose bib and the water.
About as much as running a garden sprinkler for the day. It is a continuous light mist, not a filling pool.
Yes. Its pool detaches, so it runs as a dry bounce-and-slide combo in spring and fall and a splash unit all summer.
Every unit's footprint is listed on its product page, and we allow extra clearance on all sides plus overhead. When in doubt, send us a photo of your yard and we will tell you what fits.
Our equipment moves in on a hand truck, so we need a gate opening of at least [GATE WIDTH]. No gate? Tell us when you book and we will plan the route.
Gentle grades are fine; anything steeper is a safety issue we will flag during booking. Flat grass is ideal.
All three. On grass we anchor with stakes; on pavement or indoors we use sandbags. Just tell us the surface when you book so we bring the right anchoring.
Yes. Every unit carries an annual Virginia amusement device inspection certificate, and Cloud 9 carries general liability insurance. Documentation is available on request, including certificates of insurance for HOA and community events.
Most units welcome adults within the posted rider and weight limits on each product page. The unicorn may see more grown-ups than anyone admits.
Safety limits on wind and rain govern every rental. If weather forces a call, you get a reschedule credit rather than losing your booking. We watch the forecast with you in the days before your event.
Unattended means we set up, walk you through the rules, and return for takedown while a responsible adult supervises. Attended means our trained staff stay and operate the unit. The obstacle courses are always attended; everything else is your choice at booking.
Summer weekends in Prince William County go fast, so two to four weeks ahead is safe. Short notice? Call anyway; if the unit is free, it is yours.
Everything: delivery within our service area, professional setup and anchoring, takedown, and cleaning. One flat rate for the whole day, no hourly clock.
A 50% deposit reserves your date, with the balance due on event day before setup. Weather cancellations convert to a reschedule credit.
A ten-mile radius of Haymarket, covering Gainesville, Bristow, and Manassas. See the service area for the map.
Absolutely, and community events often do. Ask about multi-unit packages when you call.
We arrive before your event with time to spare, and most single-unit setups are inflated, anchored, and safety-checked well before your guests arrive.
It chemically bonds to vinyl and cannot be removed, ever. Keep it, along with confetti, gum, and face paint, far from the unit. Damage from prohibited items carries a cleaning or repair charge.
No deep cleaning needed; we sanitize every unit between rentals. Just have riders out, shoes and personal items collected, and any pet waste in the yard picked up before we arrive.
Flag or mark sprinkler heads and shallow irrigation lines before we stake. Two minutes of marking prevents the most common backyard mishap.
Two minutes on the phone answers almost everything.
